I had to return the one I ordered due to it not holding air. I will try to purchase another air mattress at a local store, so it will be easy to return and get a new one within an hour instead of days. I have used air mattresses in the past and was looking forward to receiving this one. I know after the initial inflation of the item the item will stretch, but after adding and adding more air, it just wasn't holding it.
Inflating is a snap with the built-in pump. My only regret is that it didn't come with a carrying case. I bought the twin size bed. The non-skid fleece surface keeps your sleeping bag on the bed, even on a very gentle slope.
Minuses:Pump is not powerful enoughThere is no other way to fill it if something happens to the pumpYou never know when batteries will die on you. Does not look like it is puncture resistant.Pluses:Convenient for camping or guests for occasional use.
Otherwise prepare for uncomfortable night. By next morning, mattress is essentially flat.Recently sent question to company website about this problem but as of now still have not heard back.Noticed at least one other reviewer had same problem. Up till you sleep on mattress for a couple of hours, it works as advertised and is at good price. However for some reason after time, the mattress begins to lose air. If this could be fixed or corrected, the rating would go to 4-5 stars.
Highly recommend to family and friends. It's fast, easy and very convenient with it's own travel bag. I've owned this airbed for at least 5 years now and haven't had a single problem with it. I love the fact that it has it's own built in pump and the manual pump to achieve your own level of firmness is quite handy as well. I'm fixing to order another one.
